The right to charge

The right to charge is available in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Oregon, and Washington DC for both renters and owner.

Beyond that, owners have the right to charge in Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, North Dakota, New Jersey, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
